Terms & Conditions

1.1 PPC is a private service tailored to provide you with guidance and/or information about the best course of action for you, based on the information you provide to us. I agree that if wrong/false information is given in regards to any query it will affect the accuracy of the information given by PPC. I take full responsibility for any inaccuracy of information given to PPC.
1.2 I understand that PPC team are not my health care professionals, therefore they are not overall responsible for my care as they cannot assess me over a phone call, email or a chat conversation. Furthermore, they have no access to my obstetric/medical/test results records in order to give me detailed information as to what is the best course of action like my health care professionals can do. So I agree that talking to my health care professional is always necessary in regards to my care or my baby’s care.
1.3 I acknowledge that the clinical information given to me is based on UK codes of practice, guidelines and regulations.
1.4 I agree that I would talk to the midwives team of PPC with respect and that no abusive language will be used towards them. I understand that if offensive or disrespectful language is used when communicating with any member of PPC the chat or phone conversation will be disconnected after a warning is given to me by a member of a staff and no fee paid will be refunded to me.
1.5 I understand and I agree that after a period of one year from the time of incident when first contacting PPC, no complaints can be raised in relation to your query. I acknowledge that complaints will not be accepted after this period and that all the information in relation to my query will be erased from PPC data base.
1.6 I completely acknowledge the fact that PPC is not responsible for poor internet connections and poor  phone receptions . Therefore no complaints will be accepted in relation to this and no fees will be refunded in light of this.
1.7 I agree that I am the legal minimum age stated by UK law or the legal minimum age stated in my country or state/province of residence. Payments must be made with full permission of the card holder.
1.8 I am aware and I agree that prices for the service of PPC are subject to change without notice. I also acknowledge that PPC has the right to modify or discontinue their services at any time without prior notice. I understand that PPC is not liable to myself or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of their service.
1.9 I accept that PPC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at anytime.
2.0 I understand that PPC is not responsible for any outcome of the decisions I make based or not based on the service provided to me.
2.1 I acknowledge that copies of live chat conversations will only be available for download to my device upon request at the end of the chat. I agree that this service is included with the live chat service.
2.2  I am aware that the call back service is designed to contact me within two hours from the moment of my registration.  Several attempts will be made to contact me if calls are missed for whatever reason. However, I do understand that if I miss the call back within the two hours time frame from the moment of my registration, the service fee is no longer refundable and no further attempts to call me will be made by PPC after this 2 hours.
